02 · EARN RENTAL INCOME
Share the rental income
For the initial six months, the proposed owner share is 50% of rental income collected. At $1,500 in rent collected for a month, your share would be $750. Actual payouts depend on occupancy, rent collected, and the signed agreement.
03 · MARKET FROM DAY ONE
List it at your agreed price
We begin marketing your RV for sale from day one at the asking price we agree on in writing. If it’s still available after six months, Cattle Rest may buy it outright or continue pursuing a sale under the signed terms. Prefer a direct sale up front? Ask us about a purchase offer.
